HON 3495 – Drumming Circle & Art Experience
Students from HON 3495 came together for a creative drumming circle designed to explore rhythm, emotion, and artistic regulation. Through sound and movement, participants used drumming as a grounding practice — translating beats and collective energy into visual art.
